aintactin notes:
Good production. Somewhat esoteric beat with a timbo-ish influence. This is a track that begs for some really unique meter/cadence when laced with lyrics (ala Missy or Busta)

Reno notes:
The repetive horns just turned me off to this. I felt like a highschool marching band had been stuck in a loop. underneath I could hear what sounded like a decent steel guitar section though. It actually comes in without the horns at 3:44. Now I can hear the flow and vibe so much better... My advice lose the horns on most of the song because it is a grooving track without them.

Vote: aintactin ... better tune.

My vote- Reno

Aintactin- The track was good. The production quality could have been better. I liked all of the samples you tossed in there.

Reno- Production could have been better here too. The sample and the drums/bass work together very well. This makes the beat. I could here just about MC over this. Good job

I vote Reno

Aintactin's beat sounded like the boss theme from the arachniphobia video game. Reno's beat was less annoying.

aintactin, I was not feelin this one dogg. The bass did not drop hard enough. u have so many other tight tracks on your site. I did like how you mixed it though. the instrument choice was the downfall.

Reno
Production won this one alone. good samples maaan. you thought about this one. it's way out.

Reno gets my vote.

aintactin- Whoa! weird tune, kinda hard for me to get into, not really my style but its not bad.

Reno-The horns kinda get repitiive, but I'm feelin this one though, You should drop out the horns a little more and make a counter melody.

My Vote- Reno

reno: good response beetween horns beat and bassline. sure it is repetetive, but reason why i like it, these stress horns have some hypnotical capabalities, i wait for them again when they quit. i'd like reverb sometimes on the snare not each time.

aintactin: remember me old computer game stuff, quite cool, with more construction, sound optimizing, it could be a real good piece. the end seem a little fast made, and the woooo sample a little too cheap to me.

Both beats were missing something but Reno's felt more full sounding, the other sounded like a drum machine only.

aintactin:
Not really feeling this beat much. Sounds kinda like a neptunes beat: minimalistic & cheezy.

Reno:
This beat sounds kinda bare as well. Really should be developed much more, it gets way too repetitive.

Vote: Reno
