The one that works best for YOU. People have made classics on everything from the Synclavier and Fairlight to the Casio FZ and sampling DJ mixers. Use what you like and is best for you. Lose yourself in a music store for a few hours and find out, or find and buy a used piece of anything (MPC, EPS, ASR), learn it, and be happy until you can afford what you found out you liked after you got lost in Sam Ash.
