I dont think this is the right section to ask this question. But anyway...all you do is make sure that the "split mixer tracks" option is checked when you render your files.

Tracking in FL sucks dick... It's the one thing that really irks me about fl. You can't export in mono. & it exports channels that have nothing on them.

What he said.
In FL you can go through each track in the mixer that you're using and change it to mono manually. Then render. (Although this will take a minute to do.)

I think I know what you're talking about in reference to the channels being exported with nothing on them. Are you sure you didnt have a vst/sound linked to one of the mixer channels and then deleted it out of the step sequencer? If you don't reset the name on the mixer channel after deleting the plugin I think the mixer channel will still render itself. Could be wrong though.

Actually, I think I know what the problem is. I have a basic template with 36 tracks named. Even if I dont use them, since they are named, they render. Guess I shouldnt blame fl for that lol.

Go to the mixer channel and look to the right where the 3 eq bands are. There are 2 knobs next to it. The one at the top is for stereo separation/merging. Turn that knob all the way to the right. It'll say "100% merged". You'll have to do this for each mixer channel to render each track in mono.
