The beauty about having the same beat go several rounds is that you start to develop an ear for the song better. Some grow on you more and more some kind of lose their shine.
Both are great tracks. But one of them just stands out a little more as far as originality and catchiness..

well i voted against, and i ddin't vote in yuor battle beofre cuz i needed an mp3.com account whcih i didn't have and didn't want to sign up for then. but i signed up in the next round and voted. i voted and thought el cann..s beat was better.

this would ahve been a great championship, both of you deserve to move on, the other battle was good but i dont think those two beats can beat either in here. sorry u guy's from the other battle, but this are two really good beats.
but i cant tell how heavily sampled foresters is. i recognise the sample from somewhere, almost like an interpolation?
therefore funkworm gets my vote.
p.s. if it wasnt just an interpolation but a well-chopped, layered beat,sorry, i thought it was some unchopped sample i recognised and so i gave it to worm
forester is nuts in this beat.
the funk is amazing. LOVE the bass.
one thing id fix if produced to an acutal song with vochals is to chop the sample of the singing, and just play a word every few secounds or so.
funkworm has one titeeee beat. amazing. both beats have there own style, i like each beat just as much as the other. the guitar was killer. everything done good in this song, nothing much i can think of.
my vote? well....my vote's gonna have to go back to the classics, loven the funk.
