I looked this up, and couldn't find anything, but accidently stumbled across what the sample MIGHT be, which is Kraftwerk's "Tour De France"

the song contains 2 samples, the main synth is a loop from a sample library and the giggle sound is from "klein - dirty talk". i think the beatbox and breath sound is recorded by timbaland.

actually this has the giggle sample at about 16 seconds in and at the end of the giggling is a deep inhale that could be the source of the sample.
