soultracks
My beat is called "My Story".

Analytical
The track is "Besso Mi". It is a Spanish Joint with no samples and a pretty solid piece of work . Hope y'all enjoy. Peace.
Besso Mi

Soultracks Notes:
At first I was thinking "another orchy beat"... Was I wrong.
I'm feeling this beat tremendously. the violin melody flows nicely on top of it. Great use of the choir, subtle yet powerful and not over used. The mix was just right in all aspects. Panning was used to perfection IMO.
Analytical notes:
nice spanish track, good drum beat but not loud enough in the mix. There are a number of mixing issues with this one. The percussive elements are too low for a latin banger. Actually many of the elements are much too low for example, the guitar lead/fills are barely audible as are the voices. I understand that the strums are supposed to be driving the rhythm but they are too dominant to let the other aspects of this peice shine through.
Vote: Soultracks
soultracks-love those panning fx! nice sample work, and great drums!
analytical-drums pattern is nice, but they need to be brought up in the mix. i really like the guitar in this, adds great variation. the guitar seems too loud though

Vote goes to SOULTRACKS on this one. His production was lacking when compared to analytical but overall i felt his ish better than that spanish number analytical provided.

Soultracks: Nice track but the drums seemed to drag a bit
Analytical: Nice direction. Drums could be mixed better though.

soultracks - wow, i'm liking it. that synth and symph mix was odd yet cool to me. the vibe of this track is good. a little thin on the sounds but it sounds good overall.
Analytical - ahhhh. sound quality is pretty on point. i wish the snare was a bit more forward in the mix. this is a dope beat.
damn a bit unfair for soultracks to go up against analytical in the first round because he does have a nice beat.
Analytical gets it.

Ha ha ha....rematch from last tourney....
. . : Soultracks : . .
Oh don't do it to me soultracks....lol. The choir and strings are too dope. The lil violin melody over the beat is too hard. Oh my goodness, you weren't lying when you said you had some heat for this tourney....lol. I love this already. I'm not really into those claps too much, but that's besides the point. This is definately one of the best I've heard yet. Yeah, I like that drop toward the ending. That choir is too dope. I am bowing before you....lol.
. . : Analytical : . .
Let's see what you got Analytical. Ok, I'm back home in Miami...lol. Loved the lil voice. That guitar is too ill. Would've liked to hear some bongos....lol. This is ill as ever, oh yeah. Love it. Head justa nodding fa sho. That voice is really a trip...lol. The hook is nice, add the other guitar, nice lil solo work for that one. Ok, this was a nice drop, nothing too extravagant, but nice production as always fam.

I'm really getting of sick of these close a.ss battles...lol. Man I gotta pull a name out the hat for this one....lol. Soultracks, you know I'm all into that orchestral ish. And you did one hell of a job on that tip fa sho. Analytical, man you know how I feel about your tracks, and that brought memories of home and it's spring time too, so this is the right time for that track...lol.
Too much talent to judge....this is too tough....man.....
But after deliberation...Soultracks runs away with this one by not even an inch, too close to call. Just had me vibing in through it. Man this could've went either way, and I regret having to make a decision. Ya'll both deserve a victory....lol. Fa sho.
BIG UPS!!!!

.... as siamese twins! I don't know.. this one was a very hard battle to judge. I'm in struggle with both hemispheres of my brain on this one.
Soultracks: Nice blayzin' beat.. I could really hear kats flowin' to this one. Has that nice storytelling vibe to it, nice hook, it was blayzin'. Not as much bass kick to it, but still a bangin' beat in my view. The violins in it were hot, and the intro was kicking like hell too. I was like "oh sh*t!! A tight bangah!"
Analytical: I lost to you before. ha ha ha. On the real though, nice spanish joint.. are you hispanic by any chance? Had to ask.. fellow rican in here. No Soultracks, this will NOT impair my judgement if he is. ha ha ha. Okay, enuff of that. The beat was blayzin', I heard a few of your other jointz before, and I was definitely impressed. I like the bassline to the Besso Mi, I was hooked immediately. The guitars can be drawn out just a bit more in my view, but the beat overall is tight as hell. I was feelin' it.
Very hard, like I said, this one was as close as it can get in my thoughts.. nice competition. After long hours of deliberation with my schizophrenic alter-egos, we have all decided:
Our vote: Analytical
