my vote- mcGZ

this was tough becuase neither sounded really hip-hop. I could barely hear oohot's. oohot- your beat was the lesser of the tow is soundign hip-hop mcGZ- your beat was kinda repetitive and that main sound was kinda annoying.

mcgz notes:
This one had a driving and wicked style. I would have like to hear the drums a little louder. and some better string/pizz samples would be nice.

ohotcarameloo notes:
was not feeling this track. The intro was a little too long and the beat did not have any life to it when it finally dropped.

McGZ - This one was a li'l repetitive, I think the climbing strings that come in at a couple parts require adjustment, but definately the best beat of the two.

Oohot - It said on the site that this was an intro, and it felt like an intro; a long and painful intro, but I also thought the samples had potential, if you just flipped'em better.

mcgz-has a nice rhythm to it, the long strings when they come in sound a bit thin, and that bongo-ish popping sound throughout the track is grating... is that like a copy protection thing or something? some fuller strings would add a lot to this track, but still very nice one even without em.

oohot-yeah the intro is crazy long, and the strings have a couple spots where theyre chopped up strangely. as usual im not a big fan of the clapping, but thats not really specifically your track. once the beat drops it doesnt really seem to pick up much, with the long intro it left me expecting some crazy hardcore percussion. i like the laid back feel of it though, got nice ambient atmosphere.

This was hard. Both tracks lacked professionalism. But I have to give my vote to McGz because it didn't have a long intro and it was original music.

mCgZ- kinda simple beat to me..the bass gets kinda repetitive, but when the strings come in it sounds good..

hot caramelo- i liked some of the samples...but this track sounded way too chopped and it didnt really go anywhere..plus the filter on the sample hurt you cuz i couldnt really hear it...

Mcgz gets my vote

mcGZ - ahhh man.... that two key melody was annoying. i also feel this track is more for some weird sci-fi channel movie.
the sound was cool except for those guitar plucks or whatever.

oohot... - i like that sample you took. i feel that the beat takes too long to get started and that it still doesn't feel complete after that.

hmmm... not really feeling either beats too much but I would have to go with mcGZ.
