my vote- el_cannibalisto

jpresha- very mellow and smooth producing, great beat, i think the patern could have a changed a little bit more.

el canibal- nice tropical sounding beat, I loved that pattern he tropical soundign instument. there was some kind of fuzzy sound with that though.

jpresha notes:
haunting tune.I think the track was well done.

el_cannabilisto:
bangin beat. I was not feelin the xylophone-ish melody after about the first 8 bars. It kind of wore on me, it's a nice element but I don't think it was strong enough to carry the whole tune.

jpresha-damn nice mood on this one, very spooky sh|t! im not usually a fan of voice synths, but you pimped that one like a true pimp would! very nicely done bru!

cannibalisto-the xylophone seems a bit too punchy at first, but once the beat drops it gets more mellow, till the beat drops out again then it starts hurting my ears till the beat comes back in, dunno what it is... maybe i should turn down my headphones or something very nice percussion, and the fishbone echoing sound is nice too.

2 nice spooky tunes, very good creation of mood in both... very tough call...

vote to jpresha for better mastering i guess

This is truly a case of the better of 2 evils . Both tracks were uninspiring. However, someone must get a vote and EL CAN gets it for somewhat better use of what he was working with.

i think this is the second hardest battle to judge, the two are close.

el_cannibalisto- your beat was goos, hard and to the point, but I think the music sample could have been changed, not played the whole time, but a good solid beat.

jpresha- you get my vote because i think your concept was more unorthodox, the idea of a slow calm beat with not so calm music got me, and thus you get my vote.

jpresha: Drums need to work a little harder on a beat this slow.
good direction.

el_can: Nice approach. Didn't like that snare. Has some potential.

jpresha - ok i dig those sad melodies too. i'm not diggin these generic sounds though. maybe distor, filter, eq them to sound different at least. I can dig the basic idea of the beat but not the actual execution of the idea.

el cannibalisto - just in the intro i like it already. nice use of delay and reverb. yeah this is funky tropical island style. i like this track.

el cannibalisto: I like the main melody. J Presha: Your track doesn't move much.
