Ok Experienced beat making FPers...

I need help...I have been working on this beat that has some great potential...I need help with taking to that level...I am new to sampling and beat making...

Also I have attached 2 of my previous songs

The first one I did with Sony Acid

The second one I did with Reason

The third with reason... is the one I am looking for some advice to make it better whether you should add some sound effects...or something

This is only the chorus part...just if you were wondering.

I have come a long way...I am now stuck in a certain level and now I need the push to greatness.

progression from this point is simply having the will to do so

you could've easilly added a bass to this to make it way better

dont be lazy

also.. with that kick i'd suggest a clap not that weak ass snare

on that first one...
do you really have any reason for seperating your kick like that? sounds awful man! fix that!
but good luck though, sounds pretty nice in general

sounds nice....
keep at it.
maybe some different drums sounds. though...
never stop collecting drums.
try even taking drums from the track your sampling.

Thanks for the tips guys... On the first one...is a mess like I made that a long time ago probably a year ago in Acid...I didn't like that program.

I filtered it and it sounds like a bass track but do you want me to make a real bass track

I don't have a real musical ear like matching up notes from the sample and I don't want them out of pitch because then it sounds bad...what should I do?

BACK IN THE DAY THEY WOULD FILTER OUT THE HIGH BANDPASS AND USE THAT AS A BASSLINE, THATS WHAT SKI BEATS DID ON THAT JAY Z SONG 'DEAD PERSIDENTS'
