Knew that would catch alot of attention.

Ill post up like 5-10 rare samples if someone can point me in the right direction of some dope bass VSTs that are compatible with FL 8

there probably isnt any great bass VSTs that are free...the bass in FL is good enough for me..

what do you use to do your bass in FL? Boo Bass? cuz that ones wack lol.

But even if someone payed for em, just send em to me privately and ill hit em up with them samples.

^^ soundfonts never really have good enough quality, especially one thats 9 kb :-\

You ain't gon get anything that great unless your ready to pay some cash. Nothing can beat Spectrasonics Trilogy. Boo Bass ain't wack. All you gotta to is filter it and EQ it like a MoFo. You can also do what I do. Learn to play the actual bass. Do I get the samples?

Right.

Between the layering waveforms and patches in Trilogy, and heavily tweaking BooBass, that's pretty much all you need.

Also, I find basses in Hypersonic to be serviceable as well (with some tweaking of course).

Looked into Trilogy and its way too big to download online. I just banged out a track though and composed a bassline with Boo Bass and did some EQing and Filtering to it and it came out dope! Props on the help, and I'mma zip up some samples and post em up on mediafire in the next few hours.

go with triology. you can download that **** I think. It has a huge download though like 3GB, but it is bar none. So many tweaks you can do to it.

I find the bass sounds in Hypersonic 2 get the job done. I heard trilogoy was dope though
