But trust me, It's better to learn for yourself. everybody has a different technique when it comes to samling.

If you use audacity to chop up some loops you can just throw 'em into FL and play around until you get the picture.

There aren't any rules you need to know, just do what you feel. your control over the samples will grow with practice, time and experience.
