How do you pitchshift your sample and then you can layer some bass or others instruments to it. like one octave up or whatever..

because i have this problem, when i do it, all my instrument is not tuned with the sample and it makes me stop workin on the beat and get me frrustating.

when u shift the pitch for one thing everything will sound wrong

a friend of mine in a band finds that getting his piano tuned is expensive, so they tune tune all the other instruments around it...do the same.

after pitch shifting...do not use the root 'C5" key..instead try the black ones like C# and D# and the same usually applies with other instruments

If after pitch shifting, you alternate note fine pitches (as in the piano roll), u can use C as your root note, but will have to harmonize (apply the same alternations to the note fine pitch)
