I have 2 theories about this.

1) It's either Pat Summerall saying it in one of the Madden games.

2) It's Ironman (or War Machine) saying it in one of the MvC series games.

Of course, both of these could be wrong as well.

Its Pat Sumrall from Madden, he's actually saying "Gannon" as in Rich Gannon. Hence the "Steps Back" he sometimes uses with it on mixtapes.
