how do you get the chops to play the entire sample and to cut like the fpc does

FPC can do that- that sounds like how the fruity slicer works-

yeh i dont believe u can do that on slice x. either use the FPC plugin or stretch out the notes yourself in the piano roll, thats what i normally do.

i slice in slicex then drag it in Fruity Slicer and play it out on the piano roll

you know how to pull up presets? Go into the slicex presets and select sustaining. then drop your sample into it and get to choppin.
