this is kind of a difficult question to put in words but ill take a shot at it...

when you have a loop from a sample and u chop it is there a way to apply those chops in the EXACT same spot on another loop from the same song without having to re-do them?

Like if I take the loop from the beggining of the song chop it up.. then I want a certain note to have a word/vocal from the chorus on it so would I have to just do all my chopping over again on the chorus?

depends on the medium you do it on. software its just drag and drop (some hardware too), some hardware you may have to redo the whole sequence.

idk I got FL 7 i use edison

sometimes the intro to a song has the same exact background as the chorus... but its harder to hear exactly where the note hits due to the vocals over it.. get me?

I've done this before. I used sound forge. You just copy the second loop then used Paste mix, turn the source to 100 & destination down to 0.
