Right click, automap samples chromatically. Then go into the help menu and read up on the nnxt so u can get familiar with all the knobs in the remote editor, sounds like u didn't set the hi and lo note ranges for those samples. It helps to know what ur equipment. U'll neva know what u can do if don't know how to work sht. Hope that helps.
