I don't use Reason, but you need to speed up your BPM

The flow is all off

Not trying to be critical, but it sounds as if you are forcing it for force's sake

You are going to have to be on top of your game for a GZA track, as he usually rides a beat disgustingly hard!

here's the thing... you can't take the verse as whole and lay to your beat. I think it is because what you have processed vocal track as opposed to what the engineer had in the studio when he mixed the track down...

What you may need to do is time stretch the vocal track so that you can get a "true" bpm out of it, then try it again.
