So I was picking up a few things at the Dollar Tree yesterday and I came across a bunch of audio cd's in little paper sleeves over where they have some garbage dvd's like FLash Gordon (no idea who that is)...I was amazed to find one copy of "Spanish Guitar Instrumentals". My eyes lit up because it was only $1. As soon as I left I threw it in my car cd player and I knew I had struck gold. I can't wait to get home from work today so I can chop out some licks and some isolated shakers I found along with an isolated instument that I don't even know the name of....something Spanish.
If anyone is looking for a cheap place to dig, hit up your local Dollar Tree. They don't have records but they have alot of easy listening and instumental cd's that you could grab high quality sounds from. I couldn't believe how good the recording quality was on these $1 cd's. The company that put them out was Allegro, and the cd I copped was recent, 2006.
Happy digging.
