Whats up people jus have a quick question to ask...

I have a sample that ive chopped and layed out an it has a lot of drums in it originally... is there any way of lowering down the original drums??

This topic has been discussed only about 4 million times. do a search on it. To give you a quick answer it cant be done. Lay your drums over the drums in the sample thats the best method. Or else chop it again in smaller segments not including the drum hits.

Thanks for the answer man, i gave a good search there but didnt really find much i thought there would of been a way of like filtering/ eq'ing them out but i guess there isnt

Not without effecting the sample in a negitive way it tends to sound horrible.

If you want to keep the sample sonically intact you won't be able to remove them. Best thing you can do is mask them with your own drums.
