ok, so i'm remaking "politics as usual" and I have the orginal loop, and the jay-z loop, but I can see that the producer (ski) chopped the loop up to make it more interesting. So, do you think i have identified the correct loop to chop up here?

attached is the loop from the sample and the the loop from politics as usual.

thanks

"If the the drums hit too hard it will take the mellowness vibe [out of] the whole track and make it stupid sounding. I know that may not make a lot of sense to today's producers aka fans with clout, but louder and harder isn't always the way to go." -Marol

You already made a thread about this **** homie, just give it up already.
Why the **** are you wasting your time trying to remake a classic beat when you should be focusing your attention on making some new ****.

Do you think Ski was sitting around asking other producers how to chop a fukkin sample before he made that beat? Hell no dude.

You are not on his level and you are not gonna get there by trying to copycat his ****.

Some of you young **** producers are killing this **** seriously, merk yourself already nerd.
