Howdy there,

Im assuming the turntable has RCA outputs, what I do is run the tuntable through a preamp (RCA to RCA cords) and then out of the preamp (RCA to 1/4 cords) and into the inputs on the soundcard.

This method works for me, but I wouldnt be surprised if there was a more efficient way

Also, I think some turntables have preamps built in, so you may be able to run it directly (RCA to 1/4 cords) into the soundcard.

Correct me if I'm wrong!

I presume the Firebox has 1/4" jack inputs? You can just get a converter to convert the RCA cable to jack. Plugging it directly in still wont work though, you'll need a phono pre-amp of some sort, whether in a mixer or standalone...
