I have a motif classic and I want to midi it thru USB and I was wondering what settings do I need to adjust to make my workstation the sequencer for reason 3.0 or basically use reason as a sound module?
check both. i'm a little rusty, so don't get mad if i'm wrong but I don't think you can link up motif and reason using a usb cable. (while you're trying to sequence in the motif and control reason sounds)
you need to use a midi cable and have a midi interface on your pc so you can receive the midi data from all tracks out of the motif.
