Well I rushed the hell out of that beat, it's hardly even mixed at all and alot of it is kinda sloppy. I'll give you a quick overview as to how you can make it easier on yourself though.
First, I would tap the tempo out and match your drums to that as well as you can. After that, I would consider temporarily filtering out everything but your low frequencies so you can hear the bassline better. Once you do that, chop your loop up until the bassline sounds good. This method works really well with this sample because the vocals flow with the bassline really well.
Now take off the filter, and both the bassline and the vocals should have a nice chop to them. If you dont like doing it this way, try just listening to the vocals and chopping from there. Other than that, just listen to the song really close and try to recreate the energy with as few pieces as possible.
