Hello my friendz!

I have one simple question, i can not answer myself.

I thought that RZA uses only Samples (Soulsamples, etc) and sampled Drums. But sometimes I think he uses Keyboard Sounds like Strings..but i dont know and doesnt find any interview or article about his style.

Do u know the productionstyl of rza and did someone knew, what his equipment ( i know he uses an mpc but what keyboard sound he use, if he use synths).. he is my beat hero but i cant find anythink about his style..

thanx for the help!

36th chambers album was like samples not just loops he chopped sound up like a string sound then played it like a keyboard. Mainly loops though he uses eps 16 for most the album and the sp12 then he got the asr 10 and did a bunch beats on that the same way looping and chopping samples up and playing them like a keyboard after he got money he just bought loads shi keyboard synths instruments etc etc but he can play guitar and piano and barley samples any more wu tang forever album had only like 4 samples on it or some thing rest was played. now he uses the mv 8800 fantom mostly but still uses the asr 10 and kurzwell plus hundreds of sound modules and other keyboards, all this info is in his book and a few interivews you cna find on google

He uses all kinds of ****, and loads of his best beats are not sampled at all. One of the things that makes RZA so good is that he can make good beats both with and withough samples. For samples see 'Rainy Dayz' and 'Liquid Swords' and for coposed stuff see 'Wildflower', 'Guillotine' and a good few tracks on the Bobby Digital album(s).

he does anything and everything and uses anything and everything. He doesn't just sample, and he certainly doesn't just sample soul.

anyway, i just felt like typing that, don't listen to it.

If You Could Get A Copy Of "the Future Of Hip Hop Vol 1" The Track I Produced Called "vendetta" I Did'nt Know It At The Time But It Sounded Like Something Rza Did , I Know We Both Use The Emu Mo-phatt And The Mpc 2000xl. When I Heard The Fight Theme From Kill Bill Volume 1 The Scence When She Faught The Crazy 88, You Could Hear The One Sound That We Both Used The Thing About It My Song Was Out A Year Before The Movie.
