I have Reason 3.0, and up until now I have been a compositional beatmaker. I want to try sampling, but I don't have enough money to buy Recycle. I have been using audacity, and loading it on to the NNXT, but its really frustrating trying to cut one sample, let alone 4 or 5. I'm probably not using it right, but does anyone know any other freeware samplers, or tips for using audacity?

Been producing for around 2 years, and I've used Audacity to chop my samples since day one, along with FL's wave editor to chop those up even more precisely. Never given me any problems, sampling has been a pretty painless process with just these.
