It's a website where you post up your beats (you pay a membership fee) and A&R's from different labels come on there and check them out. They legit, very legit. They will post up upcoming albums that they need beats for - and you choose what beats you want to send in for that album - A&R's go through them, pick ones they like - hit you up and talk business.
