Okay i dont even post I usually just read but I had to reply. I went to DP 2 years ago this summer.Complete waste of money.I found it to be a rip off for $375-$425.First of all they talk about the opportunity to meet with labels but thats BS. Felicia, the lady who runs the whole outfit has a few favorites thats been down for years, they get the opportunities, everybody else gets screwed. It wasnt all bad, We had a group discussion w/ easy mo bee, he talked about the making of Flava in your Ear. I also took it upon myself to holla at young Guru while he was outside smokin after a panel discussion, real cool dude, and the beat battle was decent but here again only her favorites get to participate. anyway, theres alot better things you can do with your paper than that, you wont get any opportunities that you couldnt get by just goin to NY and grindin.
