When you sample, and you have every slice perfect, how do you know what to add to the sample? I juust started sampling and I cant figure out anything to add to the sample but drums and stuff. I cant think of a melody to go over it. Does anybody else have this problem?

if the sample is dope then the melody will take care of itself. The only thing I usually add is a bassline, some cymbals/crashes, extra little fill in sounds here and there. It's all about how you chop and arrange the sample when it comes to sampling.
