I'm curious does anyone take a portable turntable with them when they dig...or better yet, does the store owner let you? I was thinking about getting a PT-01 but I'm curious to see do people do this on the regular....

Yeah I do, carry it around whenever I go crate diggin. I don't see why the shop owner would mind, most places have decks so you can listen to the records anyway. Eitherway you're giving the guy custom so if he doesn't like it, he's losing out.

I dont, I use to but I like to be surprised when I get home and put the "New Finds" on the turntable for a listen

know any good site i can get a portable player on..i find that most spots dont have turn tables for listening anymore, maybe im hitting the wrong spots
