Don't know anything about fl.
But as far as using a turntable, the answer is yes. There are at least two ways that I know of.
one, connecting your turntable to the inputs of an audio card/interface.
two, I hear there are usb turntables now.
All you need is the pc and the software. And I am sure there are millions of them out there. Well not maybe millions but you get the point.
