Okay, I admit it, I watch Oprah every once in awhile, but I swear, it's only because my girlfriend watches and it's on.
So, who saw Bono on Oprah yesterday?

That guy blows me away. I have more respect for him than you could possibly imagine.
Have you guys heard of DATA? I think it's a fantastic idea. Bono created it 4 months ago with the U.S. Finance Minister. Basically, if an African country will agree to set up a true democracy with the rule of law, elected government, etc., the U.S. will relieve that country of its debt to the U.S.

What a GREAT IDEA! I'm not American, though. Bono really got to me yesterday. He said this is what I could do to help. Please, Americans who read this, take a stand and help end the crisis in Africa.

What am I going to do? Yesterday I was going to buy a cell phone. The only reason I didn't is because the rep wasn't at her booth in the mall. Now I'm taking that $30/month and sponsoring a kid in Africa. Because I don't really need a cell phone, whereas my new sponsor kid and his/her family definitely needs clean water and immunization shots.
