Kind of sounds like the sample is saying "on me....Let it fall down, no let it fall down, i need you...." and you can't make out those last 2 or 3 words. And during the switch up, it just sounds like "let it fall, let it fall...let it faaaalll..."...

It's a dope sample, though.
