Hey whats up guyz ??? I would like 2know if for example im samplin' a Frank Sinatra track or any songz do i let da sample in stereo or convert it in mono ??? Hope u guyz'll be able 2help me out thx in advance ,GodBless .Peace Out

its up to u man. Theres no set way to do it. I like to leave stereo as stereo. Or see whats on the right and left channel and then convert the one channel that i like better to mono. The oldschool way of recording has a lot of different sounds on each channel. Listen to a lot of The Beatles and you'll see what i mean.

it depends. if for example, the vocal is panned hard left and instrument panned hard right i will make them mono. i love how they just panned everything to the left and right so you can get the vocals on one side and instruments on one side.
