Sreejith....whats up my fellow desi...i myself am desi and have use Nazia Hassan as one of my sample practices....You and I along with other desi's in the beatmaking game have a whole new genre to sample that not many people have knowledge about....as far as desi songs go my parents and their parents have all the vintage records you can imagine....M hassan, lataa, etc. so we have some serious resources to consider....decent job on the beat....i think you need to start collecting some nice drum sounds it could really bring a track out....well id you need me to upload the Nazia Hassan song, let me know.....keep it up and keep practicing and learning, youll be surprised.

hello there.... salam alaikum malik ...I thought I was the only desi in FP...truly desi samples can bring out a whole new sound in hip hop ...this is actually the first time I sampled a hindii song...I've once played with Mora Sayian by the Pakistani band fuzon but It didn't sound much desi cuz of the guitar samples I took from the song ...I luv Nazia Hasan....every time I listen to "Hava Hava" , "Boom Boom" or "Disco Dewane" it me takes back to my childhood....these songs were released before I was even born but are still the most played songs of all time in Bombay ....if u have any rare songs of Nazia Hassan do upload it....and lemme know if u need any Hindi samples...

You guys aren't the only Desi's on the forum! I'm a desi as well.

I'm feelin' what u've done with the sample, it sounds nice man. I might do something myself. I'm not familier with the track itself as i dont listen to any hindi or panjabi music anymore! The new tigerstyle album will get me back into panjabi music tho! lol

keep it up and hit me up when you get a chance...

You'll recognise the sample when you hear it
