So lately I've been sampling some records and all of a sudden today when I go to do some more I run into a huge problem. The way I've been recording samples is to hook the turntable up to my pre-amp/amp, then route that into the line-in jack in my computer. Then I use Logic Express to record the sample. But today when I did it I got this huge amount of metallic ringing in the sample, it's never happened before. I know I haven't posted much here but I was really hoping someone could give me a hand.
