Aite I am pretty sure I heard someone mention that the Jackson 5/Michael Jackson dont really clear samples or something...what about the lil romeo song "my baby" though?? Possibly because he was a little boy at the time lol??

I think Naughty by Nature sampled ABC by Jackson 5 for their track OPP and that was quite a big hit at the time. It might have been before the whole sampling clearance issues though, I'm not sure...

In fact look at http://www.the-breaks.com/search.php...ckson+5&type=0 Looks like they do occassionally clear samples, probably if the price is right.
