Homie i know all of you takl about selling your beats, but last night my homie came up to me whn we were drinkin some beers and was like fool we were freestyling and some random ass dude put on your beats and everyone was gettin down on them. Im just trying to say that kinjda **** feels better than selling my beats cuz that **** is happin all the time im just seeing if anyof you feel what im saying. I have random ass people bumping my **** ive never met and **** ****s sick homie.

I feel ya .... its just a matter of preference... me.... I dont make beats to sell it overlooking the fact that im still learning things...I use it for my band ...I also like producing for local artists..by the way I checked yer myspace page ....and your beats are the ILLNESS LOVED IT !!!

I don't make beats to sell them.

If you do that, yes you are making money, but selling beats to random people isn't the best way to get your music out.

I make a beat so other rappers that I think are dope, can hear it and see if they want spit over it.

I collaborate for free with any rapper if I think they are dope.

It's just a matter of preference, if you want to make money short term, or think long-term and see what rappers you think you might be able to go far with, then you make back your money.

well if u jus sellin the beat and they got it from there your losing the the realness of bein a producer your jus a beatmaker in that sense
