I liked the sample, kinda sounded low-key and grimey (in a good way). I'd redo the drums if I were you (I couldn't hear a kick at all). Also, maybe switch up your hi hat pattern so its not only 8th notes.
Find something good for the hook/chorus, and I'd say you have a hot beat.
Try Cutting down on chops. try and make something only using 4 notes, so that it can be a melody that somebody will remember. you know?
don't do this this. You've sampled the track nicely IMO, however, like everyone else is saying, the drums are the weak link. I could barely hear them, change that and you'll be set. peace. Oh and if you wanna work on your sampling more, check out this thread:
