Hey Everyone,

I'm new here, this is like my first post but certainly will not be my last for I contemplate I'll be here alot, now that I have decided to stop being a reader only, signed up and finally made a post....

And I have a good reason to finally bring about a post here...

I have music to share and despretely seeking feedback regarding it.

Not just everyone day people opinion's but the opinion of other "musicans" or musicians in training (future producers - like me). .. for thats where the really opinions come from that auctually matter to me for we as composers know how to listen out and truely evaluate a track.... therefore can provide a positive, negative or indiffrent type of rating, and give good explaination why... in a way that is helpful to me so I learn from my mistakes or take up others advice on improvement...

I have a site comming, btw, I'm DJ Sinema and I produce and remix, sample urban music.... using software only and a midi keyboard.

Anyway, here are some tracks, uploaded for easy download or streaming:

this is only a few out of about 2,000 i have from the past year and i dont know how to feel about my work, tho i love producing... others help by giving me feedback on the below posted music:

http://www.geocities.com/barawashing..._Verse_Mix.mp3
A verse by DragOn (rapper) over a beat I produced recently, real quick, sampling a 504 boys track slightly in the drums, can you identify the song from which the sample came? lets see who can someone will i know...

A song I did today experimenting with some hardware finally, my friend bought this casio midi keyboard, from Circuit City, thinking he was on his way to making beats, but never used it, it made nice decoration util I took the poor thing into my room and ****ed with it after reading the manual...it auctually can be pretty useful once i read the finer print of things and saw below it's 100 $ surface...

So this is just some messing around with in which I made a track, inspired by Eminem's Like Toy Soliders... in the drums... well i know they diffrent but cant you hear the similarity's? Anyway over the track I put Busta Rhymes verse, what do you all think? corney or alright?

Please tell me where I need to improve as far as anything producerwise or remixing wise for hot product?

I am open to feedback to continue learning, get better and get famous and give back if not I enjoy this stuff enough for it to be fine just as a hobby... personal satisfaction it brings me, even my weak tracks, are fufilling, know what I mean?

SOrry its an mp3 in a zip...but will download fast, its from two years ago, but could possibly be the best track on this post... I sampled Aaliyah's famous vocals from a popular song of her's on the chorus, hook, inrto and perfect outro. The sax sample was from a Cd in my dads dusty collection... I dug up a treasure by exploring this cd... what do you all think? Spitting is my man Tony, who was my artist of talent locally to work with while I was in college... I have all of our dozens of recordings to work with... hes not longer with me and the story behind that will come as well, on the promotoional site. Anyway I have hot recordings he left behind Beatmapped in ACID.... so I have alot to work with and obligated to release our hot collaborations.... He's somewhere inbetween Jay-Z and Kanye West, in his flow... but we did this before Kanye was on the maps.... but Kanye reminds me of tony... yall think the similarites are there? who do you think he reminds you all of?

Please peep some, all or one of the above and show a new member love

The above link is to GZA - Beneath the Surface over a hot beat I made... that I just forgot about until I just noticed I uploaded it to my 4 Shared Account - peep it... its small but good quality... lemme know how it sounds to outside ears (someone other than the producer, me) -
LIke what I did with the drums? Bet Manny Fresh would give it to me on this one.... even he can't NOT say I improved his **** What yall think....

Thanks and definately anticipate some valuble feedback from my community...

Oh, I had to attatch a file since I saw I could do that just now... lol I attatchd WMA (window media player) file of a sample track of DMX freestyling over a Smooth Piano Flow by Vanessa Carlton... what yall think? Whack or I'm on the right track?

Yall can get in touch with me privately by private message or email... both checked regularly...

Thanks man for taking a listen - preciate it.

And preciate the honesty... yeah it was a quick mix and certainly no where near my best, just my latest.... at the time of posting....

I can sometimes judge my own work -- as I see it, I make about 5 beats a day, I'm addicted.... I'll admit...

but also, I've noticed that 1 out of every like 20 joints I do, is commercial level or releasable.... but then again, the ones that are good are REALLY good! like I should be on TV, good... lol

So its safe to say that I get a hit, 1 in every 20 attempts or less, I'm probably making it worse than it seems.... but when i make a hit, its a HIT!! like night and day from my ordinary joints....

But I guess part of practicing is to screw up as one grows to learn something new?

SUre michael jordan has missed a few baskets during practices and even on TV! no one is perfect everytime, no what I mean?

so should I be happy with 1/20 chances of making a killer track? or is that REALLY bad? like do most producers, only make sellable ****? or do they have drafty versioned sounding stuff or trashed attempts at various productions?

Anyway I'll upload some better joints sometime soon, but to anyone reaading this - feel free to drop some feedback...

and go here:

Peace and keep producing

Aight folks, I have some track for feedback obtainage on my part..

so please be a good community and give my tunes - some time of your day and I'll get back to you with thanks, weather it be negative or positive.

I just need to hear from others how my **** is souding, this past year Ive been making productions daily and enjoyed them myself and thats been all I cared about - but now as I get better, and working with more software and seriously thinking of investing some future, hard earned money on real sampler / sequencing - keyboard equipment (hardware), I'm also seeking feedback on my current **** so I can adequate know if I'm any good and should continue with my dreams in a professional manner or expectations or just keep it a simple computer hobby??

this is where i need some help but trouble is, i have so many tracks, i dont know where to begin in showcasing them all, except to post them randomly until i can get a site capable of hosting them all for feedback purposes....

what id really like is a blog with mp3 streaming capabilities sso I can post daily my music and get feedback as I advancee...
