does anybody have an idea if a phaser was used to get the vocals away from the melody of that sample to that song, i'll post it up:


(i have a clue, but someone might know more about it them me)

I dont think so. If you listen to the sample the vocals he sampple really doesnt have any music playing in the background. ecept for a lil bit of piano..

Actually he just sample a loop, in the whole song all the vocals are over instruments. Listen "The Light" real close. You can hear the vocals being filtered, it's kinda of like a "ghostly" kinda of feel. I got the orginial Bobby Cadwell song, am just curious. It sounds like he did some majoring phasing on the vocals, then did some extra filtering and panning, then do som EQ to bring the instruments out. Because on the orginial the sythns don't split like that.
