hey man if u use fruityloops; try sytrus. the preset gold saw is very similar to his string. and for the whistle use the simsynth and the preset is, well "whistle". u might want to change the polyphony of the whistle to MONO in the whistle's property window- MISC tab
I dont have have any lil jon sounds, but I know how you feel man, his sounds are off the meat rack, hook, chain, and shishkabob
