Hi people what in the **** is up, i'm a new producer, been using fruity l for about a year-ish, on and off work and i'm starting to develop my hobbie, I have been a sample collector for awhile now and I am having a bit of trouble trying to id a sample used on this track

Album: Legacy of Blood
Track: And So It Burns

I am not looking for the main loop used for this beat, i'm not interested in the classical music, i am interested at the sample that fades in right at the end, it comes in near the 4:20 mark i think and it has a wierd hypnotic string rolls, it sounds a little like a nancy sinatra song and the lyrics are :"i know....i know you're lying", this IMO has to be one of the best samples i've heard on a track in my life and it's only there for like 6 seconds, any ideas?
