I was recently listening to "Soul Food" by Goodie Mob and Organized Noize's production on this is good. Do they use samples in their music?

Yes, I believe the do it all because they also write hooks and play live instruments too. You gotta remember that Sleepy Brown is 1/3 of Organized Noise!

The song Fighting on this album was produced by Mixzo from the FyStation. i thought that he did that track too because he has a plaque on his wall that says Goodie Mob "Soul Food" but I guess it was just talking about that he did work on the album. But I looked it up and your right.
