u should sample thru the inputs of ur new soundcard that u will want to buy because u sound as tho u have a stock soundcard which will give u a fairly $hitty sound. I recommend staying away from EMU, Soundblaster and other products by creative. if u have firewire capability i suggest getting a firewire 410 or if u have the money a mbox2
