It is a compilation of songs from 1900-1970. One side is all people talking about the history of Harlem music. I can't post any of it cause at the moment I don't have a mixer or phono pre, but the album is very unique and recognizable. It says Harlem in giant letters four times on the cover.

I'm thinking it's a real collectable piece of vinyl, worth a good chunk of change. Is there any sort of website, list or book that will tell me how rare it is? This is the first album I've dug up that I was really taken back by.
