I use Adobe audition(cool edit pro 2.1) its the fastest editor u can ask for from there I just take it to reason or FL

I use Recycle. It was orginally for drums but you can chop a vocal sample up very good with it. Plus it interface is very user friend. All of they are right on the screen.
