Unfortunately no on the AIM ...
But here we go:
In Reason, you are going to have to select which "Port" you want to use for MIDI control of ReDrum. To keep it simple, we are going to configure all of the pads on the MicroKontrol to transmit on Port B. - Hold down the SETTING button on the MicroKorg, and hit Pad#8 (which is the last Pad on the second row from the top)
- The LCD above the main control knob will begin flashing "Encoder". Turn the knob until it reads "PAD 1-8".
- Hit the right arrow button once, so that the display reads "TX:X", and turn the main knob so that it reads "TX:B"
- Hit the ENTER button.
- Repeat the above steps for Pads 9-16
Now you need to save this "Scene". - Hold down the SCENE button, and press PAD#16.
- Press PAD#1, becasue we will be saving this to SCENE #1.
- Hit the Right Arrow button once, and turn the main knob until the display reads "Rs Redrm" (this is just choosing a name for the scene)
- Hit the Right Arrow button once again. The display should read "Sure ?". Hit the flashing ENTER button to "write" the Scene.
This gets all the Pads set so that they are transmitting on "Port B", and gets us set to do the next steps.

Next we'll assign Pad#13 (first Pad on the bottom row) to play "Slot#1" on ReDrum: - Hold down the SETTING button, and press Pad#3.
- The display will be flashing "PAD# 01". You can either use the main knob to change this to "PAD# 13" or just press Pad#13 (bottom left) to select it. The display will now flash "PAD# 13".
- Press the Right Arrow button. The display will now probably be flashing "CtrlChng#" ... but whatever it shows, Turn the main knob until the display shows "Note#".
- Press the Right Arrow button. The display will now show the note name and MIDI Note# information. Turn the main knob until this shows "C 2 :036". (This is for MIDI Note #36, which is what ReDrums Slot 1 is permanently assigned to. Slot 2 would be "C#2 :037", etc.)
- Press the Right Arrow button. The display now shows the MIDI Channel that the Pad is assigned to (Yes, you can actually select a different channel per pad!) For now, just change it to "MIDIch01".
- Press the Right Arrow button. On this page you select whether you want to use "Momentary" or "Toggle" mode. We want momentary, so change this to "Type:Momt".
- At this point you can hit the flashing ENTER button to save this pad assignment.
You also should save the SCENE again so that your work won't be lost.
Now after you've done all of this, strike PAD#13. You should notice that the main display temporarily shows something like "NO36 099" or "NO36 127". If it shows "NO36 127" every time you strike the pad - no matter how soft you hit it - then it means that the Pads are set for "Constant Velocity". This is a Global Setting for the whole SCENE. If you need help setting this to "Velocity Sensitive" ... just let me know. (If you look carefully at the PAD Labels, you might beable to grok it out yourself).
Now, you should be able to go through the first 10 pads and assign the rest of the ReDrum "slots".
PLEASE save the SCENE when you are done so that you don't have to do this all over again!
Assuming that you know how to assign your MIDI Controller in Reason ... you should be good-to-go for basic operations.

Everything is a go. You don't know how much I appriciate this, I will be in front of my PC all day now.
One last question, If I wanted a fuller range of notes, and bought a 61 key midi controller, could I run both the 61 key and the korg at the same time? while running one reason session?

Yes, and there are a half-dozen different ways you could set it up.
But it would certainly work just fine.

The answer is "yes", and there are several choices regarding software that would fit the bill.

In principle, yes.
The MicroKontrol is capable of doing almost anything, MIDI-wise. It's easy to do this kind of thing with Battery, using the pads to trigger drum samples ... or almost anything else out there that receives MIDI commands.
It will depend more upon what features Fruity has for mapping controllers, etc.
I have no idea how to set this up in Fruity. I am certain that it is possible to one degree or another, however.

Ok, I was linked to this by another thread, so I seemed to follow it through and now I will try and set it up in fruity, thanks heaps for the help!! One problem... (unrelated) basically when i set my fruity midi controller to port A I can use the keyboard but not the sliders/knobs/pads etc, and vice versa to B, how do I use both simulatenously, or is it a driver fault. Thanks. BTW I will try to set this up in fruity now and if i am successful come back and add to the tutorial with a fruity tutorial or something.

Ok. FL STUDIO DRUM PAD TUTORIAL HERE!!!
Note: you probably should have read everything up to now... and you should have set drum pads 1-8+9-16 to port A as instructed above.
CONFIGURING FL STUDIO
Now you must create a layer channel in FL Studio. goto channels menu, add one, layer. Now add all the sounds samples you want to play using your keyboard pads. now open up the channel menu (left click on layer in the step sequencer). now select all the channels you want to play by right clicking on the selection lights next to the channel name, make sure they are all selected, now go back to the layer channel window and click on set children. This links these channels to the layer channel.
Now if you left click on each of the sound channels to acess the channel settings you should find a keyboard down the bottom of the window. Here you need to set the root note and the zone which the note will play at. You want your first sample to be root noted at C5 so right click on C5 (should already be highlighted in dark orange. But you only want this to play in C5 not C#5 for example. So you must left click where the dark orange part is. This will create a light orange area that will be under the dark orange area unless it extends beyond the dark area. above this it should read "Root note: C5 / zone: C5 to C5, now do this for your next note allocating it C#5 root note and zone C#5 to C#5, make sure the zone is only on that single note as well - this is important. Keep working your way along until you have added all your notes that you want.
CONFIGURING THE KEYBOARD
-Hold down setting, press the 3rd pad on the top row, and then the pad that you want to allocate a note to. Start with pad #1, you can turn the knob to adjust the selected pad also.
- now press the green right arrow, turn the knob until it says Note#
-then press the right arrow again, now adjust until the display reads C 4 :060, this will trigger the sample you allocated to C5 in FL (note that for some reason the octave is lower on the Korg),
-press right again, change to MIDIch01
-press right again and change Typ: to Momt, then hit enter.
To save the scene hold down scene, hit pad 16 (bottom right), then pad 1, hit the right arrow, scroll to FL Studio, press the right arrow again so the screen reads Sure? and then hit enter.
Now select your layer channel in FL and hit that pad you just assigned, it should trigger the sound you assigned to C5. If not, then check if you are getting a midi signal, if not check that the pads are allocated to the active midi port (a) and check that Midi Port A is selected. Now once this works, all you need to do is go through the steps above for the other pads/assigned notes, and you should have a fully working drum pad section. Note, you should also be able to play these notes using the keybaord if you so choose.
I reccomend you save a template file with this setup in FL so that you dont have to redo it every time, it will save heaps of time and frustration.
Again, thanks Dansgold because I only figured this out 5 minutes ago thanks to your help!!, and i solved my other problem where the sliders and knobs were allocated to port b and i had to switch ports to use them. WOOOHOO Finally after 2 weeks my keyboard is functioning!!!
Peace, off to make some hit singles.... oh and personally i love the keyboard when compared to other midi controllers like my old edirol pcr30... which i sold on, this is much easier to play the notes and i think its worth having a smaller keyboard to have a bigger range of keys.
I'm out.
