What's good FP,
I know this question is asked so many times on FP, but every time I've tried to look it up, the posting always go into la la land...lol. So here the deal, does anyone out there have a good Contract for selling beats/instrumentals in the following details:

Selling the beat at a fixed-price for Lease
Selling the beat at a fixed-price for Non-Exclusive Rights
(all including information pertaining to having credits on the song, limited amount copies sold for Lease Contract, etc...)

I have people lined up to purchase but I don't want to sell them until I have a good Contract. Yes, all my stuff already has the copyrights as well. Lets see some good replies on this one please!
