Hey everyone, im still in my constant struggle to under stand kicks. I mostly produce big room house as well as some electro and progressive at times.
For a big room house track, what method is used for the kicks. Is it a regular kick with a sub bass behind it, tuned to the key of a song? Ive also been trying to understand how intros work. I feel like it starts with just the kick and then that sub kick is introduced.
Can a bassline be added to a kick that already has a fat sub base going on?
