What do you guys do to keep your focus on music production and keep to one project at a time?

Maybe you should not try to keep to one project at a time but to divide your time into two or three projects in an organized way with certain goals and limitations.

Yeah, That's me as well. But I've learned to focus on one track with my ADHD and add more structure. Just use your mixer and go all out with plugins that aid your sounds.
